Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-17

1. Who we are

Panda DevOps is the personal technology practice of David Mejia, an independent developer based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. It is not an incorporated entity; it is a sole-operator identity used to publish software and infrastructure work. Contact: soporte [at] pandaops [dot] dev.

2. Scope

This policy covers the pandadevops.net website and all applications published under the Panda DevOps developer identity (including any Google Play / Apple App Store listings). It is a single general policy; we do not maintain per-application supplements. If an individual application collects data beyond what is described here, that disclosure is made in-app at the point of collection.

3. What this website collects

The website is a static site served via Cloudflare Pages. We do not run our own analytics, advertising scripts, or third-party trackers. Cloudflare, as our edge provider, automatically records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer, request path, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention; we do not access or correlate this data with any account.

We do not set first-party cookies. We do not store any data you submit through the website outside of inbound email when you choose to contact us.

4. Email correspondence

If you email soporte [at] pandaops [dot] dev or any other Panda DevOps address, your message and reply thread are stored by our email provider for as long as needed to respond and for our own records. We do not share email contents with third parties except where required by law.

5. Applications

Applications published under the Panda DevOps developer identity follow these principles:

  • We collect only the data the application actually needs to function.
  • We do not sell user data.
  • We do not share user data with third parties for advertising purposes.
  • We do not run third-party advertising SDKs.
  • We disclose any third-party services we use (analytics, crash reporting, payments, hosting, authentication) in-app at the point of first use and on the application's store listing.
  • You can request deletion of any personally identifiable data we hold about you by emailing the contact below.

6. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13. Applications published under Panda DevOps that have a child audience disclose this in their store listing and follow the relevant regional rules (COPPA in the US, GDPR-K in the EU).

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR for EU/UK residents, CCPA for California residents, analogous laws elsewhere), you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email soporte [at] pandaops [dot] dev and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect existing users will be communicated where the user account or app provides a notification channel.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy or about your data: soporte [at] pandaops [dot] dev.
